Dear Colleagues,
We hope you are well as SATs are underway and the Exam season is upon us. Please take time during this busy period to familiarise yourself with recent Hub updates.
Appropriate Body for ECTs
In light of new and updated guidance around Induction for Early Career Teachers, Hubs will be acting as the sole provider of this service. We are currently working closely with Bradford LA regarding transitional arrangements for schools and will be hosting an event for all leaders regarding any changes.
Registering your Early Career Teacher
To ensure a smoother experience in registering Early Career Teachers, changes have been made to the DfE portal, which is now undergoing a pilot review. We have been informed that the portal will be live to register ECTs in early July. To find out more sign up to our TDN event.
Teacher Development Network (TDN):
To support school leaders around any statutory changes for ECT Induction and how to register ECTs on the DfE Portal we are hosting a Teacher Development Network meeting on Tuesday 13th of June 2-3pm.

NPQs
We're excited to let you know our next cohort of the new National Professional Qualifications will start this Autumn 2023.
The NPQ courses are fully funded by the DfE, meaning there’s no cost to you or your school! Classroom teachers through to leaders of multiple schools can build their skills and knowledge on courses designed to fit around their busy schedule.
